Lung Cancer Care Sequence® Plans
Having a Care Sequence® plan will help you:
- Act on your behalf
- Know what appointments and care activities need to happen in what order
- Take care of yourself and your health
- Have more control over your care and what you can do yourself
- Be informed about what to expect
Care Sequences® help people with cancer better understand their care plan and manage their care
Cancer is complex with many moving parts. A Care Sequence® helps you and your healthcare team develop a personalized plan that fits your needs.
A Care Sequence® includes summary information about your cancer, a care checklist, and a graphic chart of the timing and sequence of care.
